Introduction to Scuba

Course Description

Go ahead . . . Try it, you'll love it!

Try Scuba diving in the safety of a shallow swimming pool under the direct supervision of a NAUI Scuba Instructor.

This course runs in conjunction with our Scuba Refresher Class and includes one evening of classroom and pool training.

You'll get a chance to sample some of the basic information that is presented in the Scuba Diver Certification Class. This gives you a great opportunity to see what it actually takes to become a diver. The class then moves to a pool where you'll have some fun while trying a few basic scuba skills and just spend some time under water blowing bubbles.

If you've always wanted to try Scuba, this is your chance to experience the serenity of breathing underwater before making a commitment to the full Scuba Diver course.
This course is limited to 6 students maximum.

$45.00 (class fee may be applied to a Scuba Certification class taken within 6 months of the Introduction to Scuba).

All courses meet at Smith Diving for Classroom and travel a short distance for Pool work.
