Tom Cornell

Tom has been a Smith Diving staffer for several years first as a Divemaster (you may recognize him from some of those Tuesday Evening Fun Dives).

After completing his NAUI Instructor Training Course in 2006 Tom has been busy teaching the Scuba Diver Certification Course along with many one-night workshops and classes we offer.

Tom and his wife Brenda are very active individuals with lots of hobbies. Tom will talk as long as you'd like to about biking, flying and of course diving.

The Cornells are proud "parents" of Bob and we believe that Tom is the only Emmy Award winning scuba instructor is Minnesota. Tom is a very good friend of Joel Leger (another of our great instructors) and the picture to the right features a common sight - Tom with one of Joel's daughters.

Tom loves to travel and will be leading future Smith Diving trips.
